Sorry, no refunds wil be given if the patient can not be located. RETURNS: Perishable products cannot be returned. These products will be replaced if they arrive damaged. If you would like to request a replacement, you must contact our office within 2 days of delivery. WRONG ADDRESS: Orders shipped to a wrong address are not guaranteed. Additional fees will be charged if the package is forwarded to correct address. SUBSTITUTION POLICY: If necessary, we will replace items with one of equal or greater value. Items containing chocolate or items that may melt will be substituted during warm/hot weather with a product of equal or greater value. SHIPPING POLICY: We will ship products as close to the order date as possible.Most products can ship within 1 business day of order. However, during holidays ,products may take additional days to ship. Your shipping charges are automatically calculated during the checkout process. In certain circumstances, your shipping charges may be inaccurately calculated.
