Here are our most frequently asked questions about our customized Crunchy Wafer cookies.
What kind of ink is used to print your images?
We
do not use ink at all. We actually use specially formulated food
colorings to produce our beautiful and delicious edible images.
Are your images safe to eat?
Of
course! We only use FDA-approved colors and flavors. They are designed
for the sole purpose of creating edible Cookie PicturesTM and yes, they are totally safe to eat. Is this like printing on cakes?
The
idea is similar, but that's where it ends. Images are sometimes put on
cakes and cookies by first printing on rice paper and applying it to
the product. Through the magic of ChocolographyTM,
we print directly onto the cookie surface. This creates incredibly
vivid, high-resolution images that taste a whole lot better than rice
paper. | Can you ship cookies during warm/hot months of the year. |

We
have had very good results using standard FedEx Ground or common
carriers for our cookies.
Art and Layout Specs.: For best results please submit all digital art files mat 300 dpi. We prefer jpeg,eps or pdf file formats. Please make sure your art is formatted to confirm to a circular format. We use a direct digital technology and do not color match, although , in most cases we can achieve very accurate results.
